Does this mean that Purple Cauliflower = FAIL? I am laughing at the abrubt THE END. I would think that it tastes the same as normal cauliflower, right?

Thanks for letting us know! Does it take like white cauliflower?

Ti, I thought it was great! I was so exhausted and punchy when I wrote this post! I think it did taste the same.

Kristen M, I think so too!

Samantha, the recipe called for the purple onions - probably to dress up what would normally be white cauliflower.

Esma, thank you!! Thanks for stopping by.

JoAnn, me too!

Rachael, Maybe they would! What's not to love about vibrant purple food (that isn't dyed!)?

fleurfisher, yes, it absolutely does. Give it a try.

Lezlie, it's gorgeous! I was impressed by the color after cooking.

Kathy, I think it does taste pretty much the same.
