The Little House books were the ones mom started me reading on (partway through one book she'd been reading to me she told me if I wanted to find out what happened next I'd have to read it for myself), but the Black Stallion novels were my real faves as a child.<BR/><BR/>I like the binder/page protectors idea for preserving your recipes---I think that's a great, simple, inexpensive idea!
